After you have completed the installation of J2SE Runtime Environment, please do the following steps to amend the Java.Policy file.
Select and copy the texts in the box below
/* Used by LTA LTALink Permission to modify thread properties */
permission java.lang.RuntimePermission "modifyThread";
/* Used by LTA LTALink for file uploading */
permission java.io.FilePermission "c:\\vrl\\*", "read";
permission java.io.FilePermission "d:\\vrl\\*", "read";
/* Used by LTA LTALink to enable communication with EDC Terminals */
permission java.lang.RuntimePermission "loadLibrary.ibmcomm";
permission java.io.FilePermission "<<ALL FILES>>","read";
permission java.io.PropertyPermission "javax.comm.properties","read";

is connected to COM1, then the line should be
changed to '...diners=COM1'. The same goes
for the NETS EDC device configuration.

Your Login ID is prefixed with "AA" followed by an initial of your name and ending with a digit. This is used by LTA to identify you after you have successfully logged in, and for you to trace your past transactions. It is for reference and not to be used for logging into LTALink.
All users will need to apply for a Login ID before you are a legitimate user of the LTALink. However, the Login ID issued by LTA to you should not be used in your logging into LTALink. Instead you should be using your Netrust Token and passphrase set at Netrust to login.
You can reset your passphrase at Netrust Pte Ltd if you have forgotten it.
Please contact the LTALink Helpdesk at Tel: 6776 0141 to check on your user account status. It might be suspended, terminated or have encountered an error in your Netrust Distinguished Name profile.
