- If you are a FIN holder, please select FIN as the Owner ID Type and enter your FIN in the Owner ID field. In the event that your FIN is not recognized by the system, please update your owner particulars by:
a) Email LTA at

Terms & Conditions
This application is subjected but not limited to the following conditions: 1. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and are to be read together with the Conditions of Use found at the footer of the e-Services@ONE.MOTORING website accessed via http://www.onemotoring.com.sg.. 2. All capitalised terms used and which are not defined in these Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Conditions of Use. 3. You declare that you have been authorised by the registered owner of the vehicle to submit this application for the renewal of COE on his behalf. You understand it is your duty to advise the registered owner of the vehicle of the following terms and conditions prior to the submission of this application. 4. The COE relating to a vehicle (the "Vehicle") is valid for another 10 years upon renewal. The Prevailing Quota Premium ("PQP") payable for the renewal of COE shall be the rate applicable on the application date. The application to renew the COE must be submitted to the Land Transport Authority before the end of the month in which the PQP is applicable. 5. However, if this application is received by the Land Transport Authority after the expiry of the current COE of the Vehicle, the PQP payable shall be the rate applicable on such expiry date. 6. If the COE of the Vehicle is renewed for a period of 5 years, the amount payable shall be by paying half of the PQP in this regard (rounded up to the next dollar). However, please note that: a. Category A, B, or D Vehicles - Once the COE is renewed for 5 years, it cannot be further renewed. The Vehicle must be de-registered upon expiry sof the 5-year COE. b. Category C Vehicles - Once the COE is renewed for 5 years, all future renewals can only be for a 5-year period, subject to the Vehicle's statutory lifespan. 7. You agree that you have informed the registered owner of the Vehicle and he is aware that if he renews the COE of any Vehicle: a. from Category A, B, or D for only 5 years, it shall be de-registered upon the expiry of the 5-year COE. If the registered owner decides to sell the Vehicle to another party after the COE is renewed, it is his duty to advise the new buyer that such vehicle must be de-registered upon the expiry of the 5-year COE and no further renewal is allowed in this regard; and b. from Category C for only 5 years, all future renewals shall be for a 5-year period, subject to the Vehicle's statutory lifespan. If the registered owner decides to sell the Vehicle to another party after the COE is renewed, it is his duty to advise the new buyer that all future COE renewals for the Vehicle shall be for a 5-year period, subject to the Vehicle's statutory lifespan; and c. prior to the month of expiry of the current COE, the renewal of COE will commence from the first of the following month after the PQP month. 8. The PQP for a car owned by a Company first registered before 1 April 1998 is twice that of the normal rate applicable for the month. 9. A Weekend Car/Off-Peak Car/ Revised OPC will pay the PQP for the respective normal car category. 10. For Vehicles with statutory lifespan, e.g. goods vehicles and buses, the COE will be cancelled when the statutory lifespan is reached. 11. The prescribed fee for application to renew a COE shall be made through the payment method displayed on the subsequent payment page. We reserve the right to revise the prescribed fee without prior notice. 12. A late payment fee will be imposed if the application is received within 1 month after the expiry of the COE of the Vehicle. If the COE has expired for more than 1 month, it cannot be further renewed in this regard. 13. You acknowledge that you have informed the registered owner and he is aware that it is an offence to use or keep the Vehicle when its road tax and/or motor insurance, and COE have expired. The Vehicle can only be used after its COE and the road tax have been renewed and there is valid motor insurance. 14. Without prejudice to the Conditions of Use, the Land Transport Authority shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or expenses including direct, indirect, special, punitive, economic or consequential losses and damages, howsoever arising from or in connection with this application. 15. You declare and certify that you are the registered owner of the vehicle which is the subject of this application or, if you are not, that you have been authorised by the registered owner to submit this application on his behalf and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 16.
