Terms and Conditions

This application is subjected but not limited to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and are to be read together with the Conditions of Use found at the footer of the e-Services@ONE.MOTORING website accessible via onemotoring.lta.gov.sg.

2. All capitalised terms used and which are not defined in these Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Conditions of Use.

3. This Buy e-Day Licence application and the use of the vehicle are subject to compliance with the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276) (�RTA�) and other legislation which may be applicable.

4. The applicant is allowed to buy e-Day Licence(s) (also known as Supplementary Licence in the RTA for Weekend Car ("WEC"), Off-Peak Car ("OPC") or Revised OPC (each a "Day Licence, collectively "Day Licences") via this Website.

5. Upon a successful purchase of an e-Day Licence, a tax invoice/receipt shall be generated. The business transaction reference number and receipt number (generated and displayed on the tax invoice/receipt) must be quoted when making enquiries with us.

6. Payment for the fee for the purchase of any e-Day Licence shall be made through the available payment methods displayed on the subsequent payment page. The Land Transport Authority (� LTA�) reserves the right to revise the prescribed fee without prior notice.

7. The applicant is required to enter the usage date of an e-Day Licence at the point of purchase. The applicant who wishes to change the specified usage date of the e-Day Licence must do so before the start of the restricted hours at 0700hrs (i.e. up to 0659hrs) on the specified usage date. Otherwise, the e-Day Licence is considered used for the specified usage date.

8. Except for paragraph 7 above, the applicant is not allowed to make any changes to this application once payment has been made. The LTA reserves the absolute discretion to accept or reject any request for change to the application without the need to notify the applicant of any rejection and the reason thereof.

9. The e-Day Licence is valid for use only:

On the WEC/OPC/Revised OPC bearing the vehicle registration number specified when you bought the e-Day Licence. The e-Day Licence is not transferable for use on another vehicle.
On the usage date as specified when you bought the e-Day Licence or as entered for the e-Day Licence. Usage date refers to the date the WEC/OPC/Revised OPC will be used or is/was used during the restricted hours (also interchangeably refer to as the date the e-Day Licence is used).

10. The applicant is required to ensure the WEC/OPC/Revised OPC has valid road tax and motor insurance coverage for the specified usage date.

11. The LTA may in its discretion and subject to such conditions grant a refund of the fee paid for the e-Day Licence. No refund will be made for free e-Day Licence issued for WECs.

12. There shall be in force a valid e-Day Licence for a/an WEC/OPC/Revised OPC used on the roads for the specified usage date during the following restricted days and times for WECs/OPCs/Revised OPCs:

Mondays � Fridays (except public holidays in Singapore): 7am to 7pm
Saturdays: No restriction
Eves of New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas: No restriction
Sundays: No restriction
Public Holidays in Singapore: No restriction

Cars Registered under OPC / WEC Scheme

Mondays � Fridays (except public holidays in Singapore): 7am to 7pm
Saturdays: 7am to 3pm
Eves of New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas: 7am to 3pm
Sundays: No restriction
Public Holidays in Singapore: No restriction

13. It is a serious offence to use a/an WEC/OPC/Revised OPC during the restricted days and times without a valid e-Day Licence in force for the vehicle. Any person who drives a motor vehicle in contravention of such a restriction or any owner of such a motor vehicle who causes or permits his vehicle to be so driven shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be punished with:

A fine not exceeding $5,000; and
In the case of second or subsequent conviction, a fine not exceeding $10,000.

14. Without prejudice to the Conditions of Use, the LTA shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or expenses including direct, indirect, special, punitive, economic or consequential losses and damages, howsoever arising from or in connection with this application.

15. You declare and certify that you are the registered owner of the vehicle which is the subject of this application or, if you are not, that you have been authorised by the registered owner to submit this application on his behalf and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

16. Consent for collection, use and disclosure of personal data: You consent to us collecting from and/or disclosing to any other Government agency or public authority, and/or using, your personally identifiable data, including those that you have provided in this application, so as to serve you in an efficient and effective way. In addition, you consent to us collecting from and/or disclosing to any person (whether a natural person or a body corporate), and/or using, your personally identifiable data (i) where such person has been authorised to carry out any specific service on behalf of the Government or a public authority; (ii) in accordance with legislation under our purview to enable us to perform our functions or duties; (iii) to comply with any order of court; (iv) to comply with any written law; (v) to enable a Town Council to enforce, investigate and/or prosecute an offence under its purview; (vi) for the purpose of any legal proceeding involving any motor vehicle, power-assisted bicycle and/or personal mobility device registered with us; or (vii) for the purpose of taking any action against any person for the breach of any of our terms and conditions. Data provided to us may be used for verification and record of your personal particulars, including comparing with information from other sources, and may be used to communicate with you.
