Terms and Conditions

This application is subjected but not limited to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and are to be read together with the Conditions of Use found at the footer of the e-Services@ONE.MOTORING website accessed via onemotoring.lta.gov.sg.

2. All capitalised terms used and which are not defined in these Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Conditions of Use.

3. The applicant is allowed to buy Day Licence(s) (as defined as Supplementary Licence(s) in the RTA) for Weekend Car ("WEC") or Off-Peak Car ("OPC") (each a "Day Licence, collectively "Day Licences") via this Website.

4. Upon a successful purchase of a Day Licence, a tax invoice/receipt shall be generated. Day Licence(s) will be sent to the registered owner of the relevant vehicle via postal mail at the address registered with the Land Transport Authority within seven working days from the date of purchase.

5. The business transaction reference number and receipt number (generated and displayed on the tax invoice/receipt) must be quoted when making enquiries with us.

6. The fee for purchase of any Day Licence shall be made through the available payment methods displayed on the subsequent payment page. We reserve the right to revise the prescribed fee without prior notice.

7. The applicant is not allowed to make any changes to this application once payment has been made. Any changes to this application requested by the application will be at the discretion of the Land Transport Authority.

8. Please note that the Day Licence:

is valid only for the date and for use on the vehicle assigned the vehicle registration number as indicated; and

is not replaceable, exchangeable or refundable in lieu if the licence is lost, torn, damaged, defaced or, in our discretion, is invalidated in any manner.

9. A valid Day Licence must be displayed if a WEC/ or an OPC is used on the roads during the following restricted hours:

Restricted Hours

Monday to Friday : from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm

Saturday & Eve : from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm
of 5 major Public Holidays*

* New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas.

There is no restriction on usage on Sundays and Public Holidays.

10. Non-display or the use of invalid or tampered Day Licences is a serious offence that will result in the offenders being prosecuted in Court. Offenders who use a WEC/OPC with a tampered Day Licence can be fined up to $10,000 for first offence and repeat offenders can be fined up to $20,000 and/or imprisoned up to 12 months.

11. Without prejudice to the Conditions of Use, the Land Transport Authority shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or expenses including direct, indirect, special, punitive, economic or consequential losses and damages, howsoever arising from or in connection with this application.

12. You declare and certify that you are the registered owner of the vehicle which is the subject of this application or, if you are not, that you have been authorised by the registered owner to submit this application on his behalf and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
