Note: You may take about 10 minutes to complete this transaction. You will need the following:
- The Vehicle Number.
- The COE Rebate No. (if applicable).
- The NRIC No. / FIN / Passport No. and Country/Region (for foreigner without FIN) / Company / Business / Association Registration Cert. No. of vehicle's registered owner.
 
How to pay:
  • SGQR PayNow
  • eNETS debit (Internet banking account with DBS/POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank or UOB)
  • Ensure that you have adequate balance and daily payment limit for the amount to be debited from your account. For assistance pertaining to your daily payment limit, please check with your bank before proceeding with the transaction.
  • Please allow pop-ups for eNETS and your banks' websites to avoid "time-out" errors arising from disabled pop-up blockers. For assistance, visit NETS' website for steps on how to configure the pop-up blockers for various web browsers.
 
Important Message:
  1. Malaysians NRIC/Foreign Passport Holders - If you are a FIN holder, please select FIN as the Owner ID Type and enter your FIN in the Owner ID field. In the event that your FIN is not recognized by the system, please update your owner particulars by:

      a) Email LTA at feedback@lta.gov.sg with (i) a duly completed M19 form (ii) a copy of your Malaysian NRIC/passport that was used to register your vehicle and (iii) a copy of your FIN card, or
      b) Bring along (i) a copy of your Malaysian NRIC/passport that was used to register your vehicle and (ii) a copy of your FIN card to LTA, Customer Service Centre at 10 Sin Ming Drive, weekdays between 8am and 4pm

    With effect from 27 June 2016, you will need Singpass 2FA to login to LTA's e-Services@ONE.MOTORING (onemotoring.lta.gov.sg) to access a wide range of vehicle-related services.

    You can request for Singpass 2FA at https://www.singpass.gov.sg or at Assurity Customer Care Centre.
