Vehicle Registration & Licensing System (VRLS) promises a new world of convenience, reliability and speed for authorised users from Government Agencies. You can access vehicle-related enquiry services online via the Government Intranet in a secure and safe manner. To do this, you will first need to apply for and be issued with a user account and password from LTA. You may be charged for access to the enquiry services.

The VRLS enquiry services are available 24 hours daily (including weekends and public holidays). Users may experience slightly longer response times between midnight and 6 am.

All you need is a personal computer connected to the Singapore Government BIG Network to access the VRLS via https://vrl-ilink.lta.gov.sg. To access the VRLS, key in your User ID and Password and click on "Login".
