Your Transaction PIN

All transactions that involve a change in the registered owner or value of the asset will require a Transaction PIN if they are to be performed through a motor dealer, scrapyard or EPZ operator via Digital Services @ OneMotoring. The Transaction PIN does not have an expiry date and is valid for only one transaction. Obtain a Transaction PIN personally at LTA's office at 10 Sin Ming Drive during our operating hours. Please bring along relevant identification documents such as NRIC if you are a Singaporean or Malaysian; Passport and Singapore-issued NRIC if you are a Singapore PR; Passport for other foreigners. If the asset is owned by a registered business/company or others, its authorised representative can obtain the Transaction PIN from LTA with the relevant documents. ! While the Transaction PIN does not have an expiry date, for your security, obtain a PIN only when you wish to perform a transaction that requires it.
