Your Transaction PIN & password  

Do's:
Keep your password and Transaction PIN(s) confidential;
Memorise your password and Transaction PIN(s);
Change your password frequently or at least once every 3 months;
Change your password and Transaction PIN(s) immediately if you suspect they have been exposed to others.

Don'ts:
Don't write down your password or Transaction PIN(s);
Don't reveal them to anyone, even if they claim to be representing LTA;
Don't use your passwords or Transaction PIN(s) when someone else can see you keying them in;
Don't choose a password or Transaction PIN(s) that can be easily guessed, e.g. your vehicle number;
Don't request for Transaction PIN(s) if you do not plan to use it;
Don't use the same password and Transaction PIN(s) for other applications or services.

Safeguard your Password and Transaction PIN
You are accountable for all transactions carried out under your name and ID, so keep your password and Transaction PIN safe!

! If you have misplaced or forgotten your Transaction PIN(s) and/or password(s), visit LTA immediately to have it reset. If you have forgotten your Singpass, please visit a Singpass counter to reset it. For a full list of Singpass counter locations, visit www.ecitizen.gov.sg.
