Digital Services @ OneMotoring promises a new world of convenience, reliability and speed. You can access enquiry services, carry out a wide range of transactions and make payments online, all in a secure and safe manner.

All you need is a personal computer and an Internet connection to access the e-Services via onemotoring.lta.gov.sg.

If you are an Asset Owner or an Electronic Service Agent (ESA), you will be able to carry out a wide range of other transactions as well with a user account.

Asset Owner
An owner of a vehicle, vehicle parking certificate (VPC), Preferential Additional Registration Fee (PARF) and Certificate of Entitlement (COE) rebates or other assets, will be able to manage these assets online. The Asset Owner could be an individual or a registered firm or organisation. To access Digital Services @ OneMotoring you will need to login using your Singpass 2FA or Corppass 2FA.

ESA
An ESA is a motor dealer, a road tax collection centre, a scrapyard or an export processing zone (EPZ) operator that the public or asset owner authorises to submit transactions on their behalf to LTA. To access Digital Services @ OneMotoring you will need to login using a Netrust Token and pass phrase issued by Netrust Pte Ltd
